Submitting images -> What to do:
    1. Log in (you must be a registered user).
    2. Click on the link for the "Rat of the Month Contest" that is "Now Accepting Entries."
    3. Locate the "Album Actions" dropdown and select "add photo."
    4. Click the "Browse" button to the right of the "File" field and select your pet's photo for upload.
    5. Enter in your Pet's Name in the "Pet's Name" field.
    6. Click "Upload Now"
    7. BE PATIENT! A progress window will appear and until it closes on its own, your image is still uploading.
Voting -> What to do:
    1. Log in (you must be a registered user).
    2. Click on the link for the "Rat of the Month Contest" that says "Voting in Progress."
    3. Locate your favorite photo and click "my 1st choice"
    4. Locate your favorite photo and click "my 2nd choice"
    5. Locate your favorite photo and click "my 3rd choice"
    6. Click "Vote."
